A&A Septic is your dedicated partner in septic and sewer inspections and maintenance. We specialize in providing thorough inspections to allow piece of mind and better insite for homeowners, HOA's and home buyers. Our mission is to enhance awareness, educate our customers, and address all their questions.
Types of Available Inspections

We Will
-
Document your tank location, manholes and inspection ports
-
Establish condition of manholes and risers to access the tank

Establish tank material and size
-
Determine sludge levels, scum thickness and liquid level in the tank (this determines whether or not a pump is recommended)

Scope and record the inlet (house to tank) and outlet lines (tank to field)

Look for signs of tank leakage, such as low water levels in the tank
-
Look for signs of backup, such as staining in the tank above the outlet pipe

Determine the integrity of the tank, inlet, and outlet baffles
-
Inspect the drain field for signs of system failure like standing water
-
Check to make sure systems with pump or siphon are working
-
Ensure the system complies with local regulations regarding function and location.

Document any items that may be out of the ordinary or should be monitored with routine service.

A&A Septic is a certified Advan-Tex by Orenco system service provider.


Our Report Includes
1. Inspection findings of the tank, lids, and all internal components.
2. Scope video of both the inlet line (house to the tank) and outlet line (tank to the field if accessible)
3. Visual inspection of the field and inspection through the inspection ports in the field (if available)
4. System test for all functions.
5. Measure contents to determine if pumping is recommended.
6. As Built design info if available.
We will combine the information gathered into a complete report including links to the scope videos, any recommendations, and estimates for possible repairs.
What To Expect With Inspections
SCHEDULING & REPORT DELIVERY

Please allow at least 10 business days before your deadline for scheduling. ( we are typically at least 7 days out)

We are set up to work with realtors in the Showing Time program.

Reports will not be available immediately. Please allow 36 hrs. form the time of inspection for the report to be delivered to your requested email.

Please have the party that is paying for the inspection contact us to set up the inspection to ensure this info gets to the correct party. (we cannot release reports to parties other than the party that pays for them)

If the tank location is unknown, we will need to locate the tank and will need cleanout access or access through the home.

If the lids are not exposed, we can locate and excavate them for an additional fee.
* We do not do well inspections at this time.


We offer pumping AND repair services. If something needs attention we will make a recommendation for repair and can schedule to complete the work.
